ARBORIST TREE SERVICE

Schedule a consultation with an ISA Certified Arborist Today.

Here at Marquis Tree Service we don’t just have ISA Certified Arborists on staff, we also have ISA Board Certified Master Arborists on staff as well. If you have a project that requires a board-certified arborist to provide you with a tree risk assessment, risk mitigation, tree canopy assessment,  or tree risk target reports; we are here to help.

Tree risk assessments are done to help determine unhealthy and/or damaged trees that can pose a risk to people and property. There are 3 levels of assessments that can be done.

Level one is a visual assessment typically done by walking or driving past the trees to identify high risk. It is typically done for a large population of trees and helps to determine if a level 2 or 3 is needed.  After the arborist completes the on-site visit, they will generate a report summarizing their findings.

Level 2 involves a 360° visual walk around the tree(s) without the use of advanced tools. The arborist will walk around the tree looking at all visible areas while taking detailed notes, including species, DBH, structural defects, and what factors are causing the tree to be, or become high risk. After the site visit the arborist will prepare a risk assessment and mitigation report for each tree.

Level 3 is an advanced assessment of a tree(s) roots, stem, or crown. To conduct this type of assessment advanced tools are used such as a bucket truck to access the canopy and see into the crown, compressed air tool, resistograph, or sonic tomography. Upon completion of the assessment a full report will be provided along with field observations, pictures, testing results, and recommendation options.

Please note: This type of appointment is not to be confused with our typical free estimate to assess removals and pruning on your property. Advanced Certified arborist assessment service is provided at an hourly rate and is typically meant for large scale projects or properties.   If you are not sure which you need, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you.
